The winner is chosen live through the use of our Ball Machines. As the tickets consist of a letter part and number part, the Letter will be drawn from the Ball Machine consisting of 26 balls (A-Z) and the Number will be drawn using another Ball Machine (we reserve the right to use Google Random Number Generator if our numbers ball machine does not have the capacity for the number of tickets required). The stream will be available to view live on Facebook and our website. Entry lists will be published on the website (available for you to view and download) before the live draw is conducted.

No. We use Facebook’s platform to perform live draws and events while being interactive with our followers/entrants. The last 10 broadcasts along with any current live stream will be accessible on our website under the ‘Live Draws’ section. Even if you miss the live broadcast, all live draws will be available on our Facebook page & the last 10 broadcasts are available to view on our website. The winner will also be notified through a phone call or email.

Our aim is to deliver within 7 working days from when we establish contact with you, whether it’s personally hand delivered by a Live Giveaways team member or by using a third-party courier/delivery service. In any case if the winner prefers, a collection by prior appointment can be organised.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are 18 years or older.

We do not except entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. This competition has been organised to comply with the laws of England, and Wales.

Also, you cannot enter our competitions if you are a relative of any of our suppliers or staff.

We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 28 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.
